Schaumburg police responded about 10:02 AM Tuesday to a report of a retail theft suspect detained at Target, 1235 East Higgins Road Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that an adult/male shoplifter was detained in handcuffs after repeated attempts to run from loss prevention personnel.
