Schaumburg police responded about 1:14 PM Monday January 22, 2018 to a vehicular hijacking at 601 North Martingale Road Schaumburg, IL. Police received a report that an armed man attempted an armed vehicular hijacking with two accomplices.
There was a report that three male/black suspects were involved in the attempted vehicular hijacking.
A description was only available for one of the suspects.
Suspect #1 was described as a male/black, wearing a surgical mask, and armed with a silver handgun.
The suspects were last seen fleeing southbound on Frontage Road toward Higgins Road in their own vehicle.
The offenders’ vehicle was described as a burgundy older model Chevrolet Impala.
